1. Purpose
The partner programme allows a professional (the “Partner”) to recommend the Zelarix assistant, published by Zenibiz SRL, to their self-employed and small-business clients, in exchange for a commission on the resulting paid subscriptions.
2. Registration
The Partner registers through the website form. After validation, they receive a personal tracking link and partner code. Being a Zelarix customer is not required. Registration is free and without commitment.
3. Commission
The commission is 20% of the amount excluding VAT actually paid by the referred client, during the first 12 months of their subscription. No commission is due on the free trial period, on unpaid or refunded months, or after the twelfth month.
4. Attribution
A client is linked to the Partner when they sign up through the tracking link, enter the partner code at sign-up, or mention that code to Zelarix on WhatsApp. The code passed by the link is stored for 90 days on the visitor’s device. A client already registered or already linked to another partner cannot be attributed.
5. Payment
Commissions are calculated monthly and paid by bank transfer once the accumulated balance reaches €50, against an invoice or debit note from the Partner. The Partner is solely responsible for the tax and social obligations related to this income.
6. Pricing and communication
The Partner presents Zelarix at the current public price and may neither grant nor advertise any discount, offer or different pricing condition. They commit to fair and accurate communication, without promise of results, and not to present themselves as Zelarix or Zenibiz.
7. Support
Support for referred clients is provided by Zelarix. The Partner has no technical assistance obligation.
8. Personal data
The Partner’s and referred clients’ data is processed in accordance with the GDPR, solely for the purpose of running the programme. See the website’s legal notice.
9. Duration, changes and termination
Zenibiz SRL reserves the right to change the programme, including the commission rate, with 30 days’ notice; commissions earned before the change remain due. Either party may end participation at any time by written notice; earned commissions remain due until their term.
10. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent Belgian courts, failing amicable resolution.
