1. Website publisher

The Zelarix website, the Zelarix assistant and the Zelarix Enterprise platform are published by:

Zelarix is a brand operated by Zenibiz SRL. The publication director is the company manager.

3. Hosting

This website and the Zelarix assistant are hosted on professional infrastructure within the European Union. The Zelarix Enterprise platform is deployed on dedicated, never-shared servers: in the customer’s infrastructure (On-Premise offer — data then never leaves their walls) or on a dedicated server provisioned and supervised by Zenibiz, hosted in Europe (Hosted offer).

4. Intellectual property

All elements of this website — texts, logos, trademarks, visuals, interfaces and code — are the property of Zenibiz SRL or are used under licence. Any reproduction, representation, modification or distribution, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

5. Personal data protection

Zenibiz SRL processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Data submitted through contact, demo or trial requests is used solely to answer your request and for commercial follow-up; it is neither sold nor transferred to third parties for advertising purposes, nor used to train a model.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise it, write to christian@zenibiz.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.

When using the assistant and the platform, customer data is strictly isolated, secrets are encrypted at rest and all access and actions are logged.

6. Cookies

This website measures its audience without cookies. Advertising measurement cookies (Meta, Google) are only set after your explicit consent through the dedicated banner; you can refuse them without affecting your browsing. Only strictly necessary technical cookies (chosen language, session) may be set without consent. When you arrive through a partner’s link (“ref” parameter), a first-party functional cookie stores their code for 90 days, solely to attribute your possible sign-up to them; it is not used for any advertising tracking. If your browser has JavaScript disabled, the banner cannot be displayed: a Meta measurement image is then called when the page loads.

Zenibiz SRL strives to ensure the accuracy and currency of the information published on this website, without guarantee of completeness. Feature descriptions are provided for information and may evolve. The publisher cannot be held liable for damages resulting from access to the website or the use of the information it contains.

8. Applicable law

This legal notice is governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, and failing amicable resolution, the competent Belgian courts have sole jurisdiction.
